Constant civil conflicts in the Great Lakes region have to lead to forced migration, long-term refugee problems in the region, destruction of infrastructures (health centers and schools), and cripples regional stability, which in turn, stifles economic and social development of the region.

 

G L P F places a significant focus on these sectors to ensure that the affected areas by conflict can continue to pursue social and economic stability in the region.
